Closure of junction at Acorn Inn

From 1 September for up to six weeks the junction is closed at the Acorn Inn.

This affects the route and timetable for routes 10S, 402A, 403, 809, 810 and 832

402A diverts at Five Lane Ends via Hanbury Road to Anslow then as route 403 to Burton. Acorn Inn, Henhurst Hill, Forest Road and Shobnall Road are not be served.

403 diverts at Five Lane Ends via Hanbury Road to Anslow. Acorn Inn are not be served.

John Taylor Free School

10S starts from Henhurst Ridge at 0757.

832 starts from Reservoir Road at 0740, 15 minutes earlier

John Taylor High School

809 starts from Burton New Street at 0730, 15 minutes earlier. Then turns at Henhurst Ridge at 0745 serves all stops to Shobnall Street then direct to the school. Stop by the Range is only served on the way to Henhurst Hill.

810 starts from Henhurst Ridge at 0815, serves all stops to Shobnall Street then direct to the school. Stop by the Range is not served.

We will review this when the road reopens and the works change to temporary traffic signals as it might still be sensible to divert.
